Fair enough, I don't have access to every FBX aware app. I just
assumed that frame 1 is standard in DCC apps, especially since Maya
has changed to 1 (only app I know that used to start at 0). Just out
of curiosity what app still uses frame 0 ?

Having an export option for this would make sense, IMO.
