[Bf-committers] cycles fails to compile with jemalloc

gave it a shot,
 WITH_MEM_JEMALLOC                ON
using the deb pkg:
 libjemalloc-dev amd64 2.2.1-1 [154 kB]

compiled without any problem.
 *shrugs*

$ ldd bin/blender | grep jem
    libjemalloc.so.1 => /usr/lib/libjemalloc.so.1 (0x00007f81521fa000)
