[Bf-committers] Why was BLENDER_VERSION_CHAR cleared?

Maybe I’m wrong, but imho the package creation system should rather use 
the BLENDER_SUBVERSION number (currently 4, we are in 2.60.4), rather 
than BLENDER_VERSION_CHAR...
