[Bf-committers] Reply to some of the *I'd to get involved* mails.

Its great to see new devs mailing list asking for suggestions on how
to get involved, but hard to justify spending time reply to each mail
especially as many are similar, so I wrote my reply on a wiki page.

To other devs who reply to these kinds of mails - I realize its best
to keep docs centralized but I felt this was too biased to add as
generic docs, for now will keep on my own wiki, though could be moved
into generic docs with some edits / disclaimers.
