[Bf-committers] Blender UI improvements proposal

Hi all,

I'm Gianmichele, one of the animators on Tube.

Since Cycles is supposed to bring into Blender a few changes on the UI I
though I would step in and add my thoughts on it.

It's a small proposal that doesn't aim at changing it rather at improving
the great work that has been done with the 2.5x project.
