If you want this to be the default behaviour:
Make sure you have "Align To" set to "World" (not "View") in the "Editing" section of the User Preferences.

If you want to control it for each added object:
Select/Deselect the "[ ] Align to View" checkbox in the toolbar after adding the object.
(To the left of the 3D View. Press [T] to show/hide it and look for the "Operator" panel at the bottom.)

Again, see what the setting is for "New objects" in the "Editing" section of the User Preferences.
