[Bf-committers] Release cycle question

Hi All,

I am doing research on blender now,

I noticed there is an article about the release cycle saying there are B-Con
12345 stages should be showing on the front page of blender.org.
However it doesn't exist anymore, so my question is

what kind of release cycle are we following now?
what is stage now?
where to see the current development stage?
