hi all as i struggled and uninstalled and re-installed visual studio i found this bug, and cared to mention :) the latest gimp 2.7.3 unofficial build registers an environment var in the path with it's bin folder, this breaks msvcsp1 x64 command prompt just remove the var and everything will go OK
