note regarding the changelog,

Please don't add fixed you do to the list unless its within the SVN
range included on the wiki (in which case the fix is most likely
listed already).
Otherwise its too easy to get items added more then once, or miss some.

So far we made the changelogs by to reading over commit logs and
copying out noteworthy fixes or additions, but for this to work we
have to be sure all commits within a certain range are included.

What we mainly need help with is improving the descriptions in the
changelog which don't always make a lot of sense taken out of context.
