[Bf-committers] The dilation I am seeing in Blender is imo not good. I thought I'd propose an alternative (if there's support)?

This would be really nice to have working better in Blender.  I remember
running into this exact issue a while back and having to bring all my
normalmaps into photoshop to dilate them using the xnormal dilation plugin.
 A headache I'd love to avoid in the future.
