[Bf-committers] Support for the Cake Build System (faster than SCons)

Hi guys,

I've added a patch for a Python-based build system I've been working on
called Cake.

It should give you faster build times and hopefully more stability versus
SCons.

Incremental builds can be up to 10x faster. Full rebuilds will only be
slightly faster.

I'd be happy to maintain it or help with any other build system
improvements.
