[Bf-committers] Remesh modifier (dual contouring) for 2.62

Hi all,

I'd like to propose including the remesh modifier for 2.62. The dual
contouring code was contributed a while ago by Dr. Tao Ju, the remesh
modifier is basically a simple wrapper for it.
