[Bf-committers] Why has "CTRL y" been changed to "CTRL SHIFT z" ?

I don't know if it is even possible to assign to keys to the same function
using the current key-mapping system. That might explain why only one is
used, and as someone else mentioned, on an American keyboard, it is much
easier to do ctrl-shift-z then ctrl-y (with one hand).
