[Bf-committers] new contributor

[Ruoruo Zhang(Lily)]

I am not sure if I can go for GSOC project since I must be  a student to
participate...

To start with, I choose:

   - Have the save extension picked based on the format in UI session

I am assuming I have read permission on the code base by default?
