Yep, that's what I get for knocking this out in about 20 seconds and not
compile testing it first...

But the font-flags usage should be valid (once NULL is changed to 0) and
this could either be wrapped up in an operator/rna access method (if the
glyphs need to be reloaded) or just a checkbox somewhere to
toggle BLF_KERNING_DEFAULT on/off.
