[Bf-committers] Compiler flag problem

Today I failed to compile blender (r32636) becouse of following error:

g++: /WX: No such file or directory
scons: *** [C:\b\intern\ghost\intern\GHOST_Buttons.o] Error 1

after some investigation I found out that
"blenderdir/intern/ghost/Sconscript" caused this problem (line 63). I have
already put modified version of this file to
http://www.pasteall.org/16380/ .

I have not submitted patch to the tracker because I´m not sure if would
break blender for others and I am not sure of difference between
compileflags and cc_compileflags

operating system: Windows XP SP2
compiler: MinGW + Scons
