Hello Martin,

If you had read my last comment before you made yours you would
have seen that I had already said "this will be my last reply on
this subject since I'm giving up on it" and so there was no need
for you say anything at all.

But I have to say "false dichotomies and misrepresentations" is
rude and uncalled for.

I don't think you were intending to be rude, so I'm just going to
forget about it, but I hope you don't usually treat people this way.

Making statements like that is what leads to flame wars and I'm
sure that nobody wants to see that.
