Of course, that's nowhere near what I said.

When they say that their GPL licensed version free is for non-commercial work only, they are putting further restrictions on their licensee, making their license not GPL compatible.

Nothing is stopping them from also releasing a version under closed source license with a fee attached, to go along with their almost-GPL version.
