[Bf-committers] scons/install stale files problem.

target would be ok but I expect people wont use it and we end up with
the same problem.

Could be good if making release also made a zip,
blender_$OS_$ARCH_$REVISION.zip or something like this might encourage
casual users/devs to use this target to save them compressing
themselves.
