[Bf-committers] Two PY Operators proposal

Your Freeze operator sounds great. I'd like to make one suggestion:  
I'd rename it to "(Un)Lock Transform." Freeze in most packages has the  
connotation of resetting the transform values to <0,0,0> and applying  
their matrix to the points of the mesh.
