Appologies for the slow tagging speed, but builders can now use:
svn co -r 33947

(Yes, it's a checkout, not an export, for proper build info in splash
and bpy API).

While we're all building, I continue with the release notes and pages.
(Yep, having that download link properly done is on the TODO list).
