[Bf-committers] No RNA access in modifiers

Hi,

Is there a reason the modifiers don't include the makesrna folder
(cmake & scons)? I would like to use a PointerRNA to denote the
initial "self" context during node tree execution, but cannot include
RNA_access.h (executing the node tree via a modifier is not perfect,
but that's a different question). I can of course work around this
easily, but i'd like to clarify it anyway.
