[Bf-committers] MSVC project files end of life

just a note that the CMake files building RNA is not perfect on linux
with make, for some reason it generates the rna_*_gen.c files twice,
looked into it a while back when adding the partial updates but
eventually gave up since its generation is very quick and it only
builds them once but this could be a related problem with MSVC.
