Just asked in IRC if we have any librarys or such that are GPLv2
without the 'or later' clause.

Looks like elbeem (fluid dynamics) were licensed without the 'or
later' clause according to Daniel Genrich.

So if you enable DWG for distribution you have to disable fluids.
