[Bf-committers] Planning update

Hi Campbell,

I wrote that UI todo, based on getting the UI and elements to work in
an acceptable way, dealing with things that seem half finished, not
properly working, or things that really hinder you in getting work
done. Since the release of Beta0 is happening very soon though, I
realize it's probably not possible to address all those issues.
Therefore I can more a few of the less important issues to the Beta1/2
list, so that we only have a bare minimum of things.

Additionally I've refrained from including actual bugs (of which there
are quite many), since I'm assuming we're using the bug tracker for
that. Some things in the list are sort of borderline though.

Perhaps we should add show-stopper bugs into the todo lists too?

Cheers,

-William
