[Bf-committers] fracture script documentation

There are no official plans as far as I know, but I guess something like this would be on the Durian todo.
The script can be probably easily ported to 2.5, and serve as a solution now.
I have written the docs because I would probably like to work on this project, but don't have time nor
appropriate hardware to do so.
