[Bf-committers] Cocoa port : First pure Cocoa version !

I've committed (rev 23718) a bug fix in this area (newly created  
window was not sending the "activate" event to WM).
Can you check if that fixes the issue for you ?
BTW, do you use 10.5 or 10.6?
