you might be able to make a vector image out of the render of each object using the edge detection code that would normally do an edge in the render; that would be useful. Then put them all into an svg file for export. One big svg of the whole thing would be pretty useless, imho.

Blender can now use SVG as a texture. What a great thing. Watch the
video at this link to see it in action and remember that this is a
sphere with an svg texture on it.

I think this should be standard in 2.5! It is a great tool and it will
make 2.5 that much bigger of a jump.

I was wondering how hard would it be to make an SVG exporter for
Blender 3d renders? These 2 tools together with the new .47 Inkscape
would make for a very powerful combination.

I have done some python and C,C++ programming but I have never done
any Blender programming. Do you have links? Ideas? Advice? Am I
jumping in over my head? If not me, are there others that might be
into this? Perhaps someone else can lead and I will follow?
