[Bf-committers] added new sculpting tool patch

fixed a few missing gui issues and added the e key as a hotkey for the brush.
i also did a divide by zero check and hopefully that might fix the issue where everything you sculpt on shoots off to infinity but i have never been able to replicate that bug myself so no idea if it do help or not.
