This is text plug in and standalone script that updates Blender 2.48
Game Engine scripts to be compatible with the 2.49
API.

I recognise that the script is incomplete, but it works fairly well
with the 2.43 game engine test files. Help testing the script and
finishing the attribute mappings would be appreciated :) At worst we
can just disable the ones that don't work.
