[Bf-committers] Yafray menu removed!

Hi,

After unsuccesfully closing the nth bugreport with failing Yafray 
renders (typically related to new features, pointcaches, fluids, etc) I 
thought it'd be right in time for the 2.49 to just disable this option. 
:)

Only the menu got removed, and on reading files it sets 'renderer' to 
internal.

On the blender.org download page there's a link to external renderers, 
yafaray.
