[Bf-committers] Latest Carve update

Hi,

Testing 64-bit graphicall build.

Intersection doesn't work, difference seems to make 2 meshes (1
outside and 1 inside) where only the outer mesh is expected. In all
three booleans, between two suzannes, produces a lot of "FACE LOOP
ERROR:" and ends with a "Unknown internal error in boolean" popup when
both suzannes are too close.
