[Bf-committers] Latest Carve update

I've uploaded linux two builds (32-bit and 64-bit) using Carve to 
graphicall.org.  I'm also putting up a patch against trunk (svn 21044) 
for anyone who wants to try building their own (only patched for scons; 
other build systems need to do the necessary changes).

You will also need to download and compile the latest version of carve 
and install libintersect.* to link with (June 10th or later).  You can 
get that either as a tarball at 
http://code.google.com/p/carve/downloads/list or with Mecurial by using 
"hg clone https://carve.googlecode.com/hg/ carve".
