Hi Ton,

As discussed on IRC, the problem has to do with mixed LF and CRLF
line endings. Attached is a subversion client config file from GSR
that prevents people from commiting files with the mixed endings.
On unix, it goes in ~/.subversion/config, and TortoiseSVN people
will have to figure out where to put it.
