Hi,

I've submitted two patches related to IpoCurves in python:

#18948 Gives acces to the selected keys of a curve.
#18950 Allows getting and setting the name of the bone(s) for pose drivers.

I wanted to have this functionality looong ago and now that I'm into
blender again and no one have done it yet, I've put my coder hat on
and made it myself.
