[Bf-committers] 3dmagix. Is it now Blender brend?

I run a recursive wget on the site:
wget -A .html,.htm -r www.3dmagix.com

And grepped the result for blender:
grep -iR blender www.3dmagix.com

Which returned zero results.

The GPL obligates a distributor/fork to mention the original author and provide 
the source under the GPL again. (However, it's not obligatory to provide the 
source for free, just under the terms of the GPL.)

I think this is a violation of the GPL.
