[Bf-committers] How about adding boost uBLAS library to blender/extern?

Unfortunately much of blender couldn't use Boost, it being C++.  On
the other hand, the fluid simulator, the game engine, bullet, and the
current ik solver are all written in C++, so it still sounds useful.
