[Bf-committers] BGE API Proposal

Who wants to break the BGE API for Blender 2.49 and why can't they avoid 
breaking it? 

If we just leave the old methods alone (and mark them obsolete) there is no 
need to add new python modules, add version argument etc. to maintain 
compatibility. Don't change the functionality of 'getObject' from returning 
a name into returning an object. Just come up with a new method name if you 
really want to return an object. 

Where are the details of the proposed API changes?
