[Bf-committers] 64bit blender?

Hi.

I use fedora 10 64bit and wondered if it is it possible to compile a 64bit 
blender? I yes, how? When I do
python ./scons/scons.py
I get a 32bit blender (that segfaults when I try to run it).
Fedora has a 64bit blender in their repo, but I cant figure out how they managed 
to compile it.
