[Bf-committers] users running with old scripts

Some users reported problems with rigify which turned out to be caused
by them running old scripts from a graphicall build.
It seems that when using scons the install directory has blender and
scripts copied into it, but deleted or renamed scripts dont get
removed.

Is it acceptable to clear the install directory when running scons
with WITH_BF_INSTALL?
The problem with this is its possible the user writes a script and
saves it in the install dir.

Otherwise we could try educate builders better and print some warning
if existing scripts are found.
