In fact, I'm not a translator for blender. and my friend, actual
translator is already doing using a copy of
other language po file. But he want to get the original pot file.

By the way, as you saying, we have no way to get the pot file directly
from the source. right?
It's so sad news. So I'll try to merge all po files together using
translate tools.
