[Bf-committers] How to make a pot file?

If anyone wants to help out with this, I ran the error checker on
our current po files.  (note this doesn't check it against the pot
file, since we don't really have one yet, but I figured this is a good
place to start.)  

Anyway I've setup a small webpage on this project,
http://www.cs.umn.edu/~mein/blender/gettext its crappy but
will get the job done.

Just looking at de.po for example: we can ignore things like
 LOAD FILE should now be translated because its an acronym.

But there are lots of errors to fix in some of them  Examples
one has "QUIT "
translated as "QUIT"   << needs a space at the end of the string.

Feel free to work on things and let me know if you have any updates.

If I get people working on things I'll update the web page to
reflect who's working on what.
