[Bf-committers] Fix: GHOST and X11

Sad news, since this is in SVN, opening blender with -W opened it
without borders, but only in 1 screen, reverted the files in /ghost
directory to one revision before the commit of this patch and all
worked fine again (blender opens without borders, across the 2
screens).

I'm using Ubuntu 8.04, nvidia twinview, gnome and metacity.
