[Bf-committers] "Fatal Error" trying to send new files to Patch Tracker

If you ask me, then I'd say that the patch got attached successfully.
I just checked it and it is there. Maybe the server needs some
checkage on diskspace etc. I'll keep an eye on p.b.o.
