[Bf-committers] BGE Texture plug-in

greetings everyone,

i would like to submit a project to the BGE.

from the website of Ash:
GameBlender Texture plug-in allows to update textures in GameBlender from 
various sources (video files, live video from camera devices, static images 
files or rendered 3d scenes) during gameplay.

Ash did an excellent job, but sadly he did not submit a patch for Blender 
2.45. Now, this plugin is not working with Blender 2.47 and he doesn't have 
the time to maintain it "... There is a lot of changes in game engine, so it's 
a lot of work to do.". I was thinking that developers of BGE can integrate 
this feature in the next release. It would be much wiser than trying to 
maintain a plugin for each version.
