[Bf-committers] linux 2.48a static python builds

Thanks Ken, Tony Mullen couldnt run blender on someone elses older
linux cluster which only had python 2.3.

Just updated my patch for linux to include libraries with blender
(like we alredy do with win32), The patch also has an option to load
blender with an included libGL so we can avoid extra static builds -
Should be easy to have this work for Mac/BSD later on too.
