[Bf-committers] Patch to Fix Several Build Errors

Ah, I didn't know there was a patch tracker. Now I know! Thanks.

I kept all the code in the shrinkwrap file in one since that was the
way the original was. I'll refrain from doing that again as well.

W00T! First patch! after mucking about the Blender source code for
close to 4 years.
