I just downloaded the latest version of visual studio and tried building the 
plugins to see if they just needed to be recompiled, and I'm still getting 
the same error with freshly built plugins.

I'm not much of a debugger on windows....  I'll keep plugging away
at it but if you have any ideas feel free to comment.  (May be a
show stopper)
