[Bf-committers] 2.48 Test Builds Plans

Thanks Jonathan, the OpenEXR stuff nearly had me stumped.

I'm uploading a zip file of the install/ dir now, labelled RC0 as I'm
not sure if it's correct.
Scons informed me it was creating an NSIS installer, but I couldn't
find it... where does it normally live?
