[Bf-committers] [patch] To correct the current problems with Window 98

Just because a platform does/doesn't appear on that doesn't mean they're 
supported. For 2.46 Linux x86_64 isn't there, FreeBSD 7.0 is now 
required, and we don't have any official Irix build.
